Cooking methodsBaking, really means cooking in a dry heat in the oven, eg, cakes, biscuits, casseroles, fish dishes etc. The temperature of the oven can be altered, depending on the dish, usually between 150 and 250°C.

Today our ovens let us choose between heat from the top and bottom of the oven and fan assisted, which circulates the heat in the oven.
