Corn oil

Corn oil should only be used for cold dishes, as when heated it loses it’s healthy properties.

It is rich with unsaturated fat and has a yellow colour , corn oil also has no taste. It is often used in the manufacture of margarine.
Corn oil is made from the corns of the the rich in fat sweetcorn
