Different meats and how to prepare them

There are many different meats for us to eat, e.g. beef, veal, pork,chicken, turkey,lamb, goat, kangaroo,game and many more. Meat can be fried, roasted, casseroled, stewed, simmered etc. etc. there are many different ways to make meat tasty.

Here are a few examples;

Beef
There are so many different ways to serve this versatile meat, you can roast it, fry a good steak, roll it with vegetables, beef rouladen, steak tartare using the best fillet, mince, make hamburgers etc.

Pork
No barbecue would exist without an amount of pork on the menu, spare ribs, chops and streaky rashers. Pork can be roasted, fried, grilled, stewed, braised and casseroled. Smoked, you have bacon, the main stay of the good old english breakfast, minced for hamburgers, diced for curries and gulash and with spices added to minced pork to make sausage meat.

Lamb
As with pork and beef, lamb can also be cooked in many different ways. Who hasn’t eaten lamb chops with mint sauce? Hot pot, using the cheaper cuts, slowly cooked. Lamb can be minced or the fillet quickly fried or the breast, rolled and stuffed.
