Olive oil

Natural olive oil is also often named as native olive oil. It has a characteristic green colour and a very distinctive smell.

In the mediterranean countries, no cook could do without this oil, it is used for salads, frying and roasting, although cannot be heated to such a high temperature as many other oils..


Because of it’s taste and healthy unsaturated fat, it is used more and more in Europe, for many salads and especially for the popular pesto sauce.
