Vegetarian
means eating without meat in a diet, some people, named vegans eat
nothing that comes from animals. There are others, because of health
reasons, who purposely avoid eating meat a few times a week.
Meals using cheese, milk and eggs can have
just as much protein as meat meals eg. Maccaroni cheese, filled
eggs, rice pudding, noodles with various tomatoe rich sauces,
rice and vegetables, vegetable curries, the list is endless.
Vegans must be a litte more inventive, to
make sure their bodies recieve enough nutrients, nuts, noodles,
vegetables, fruits can all be used and there are alternatives
to cow products, such as soya milk and cheeses or tofu.
